Steph has been obsessed with hair for as long as she can remember—styling it, colouring it, creating new looks, and rocking hair extensions herself!
She’s been wearing extensions since she was 16, and even started her own side hustle making custom clip-ins and colouring them to order. Talk about a hairpreneur in the making!

We’ve got qualifications from some of the biggest names in the hair game, so trust me—you’re in expert hands. I’m all about staying ahead of the curve, which means constant learning and evolving to keep you looking fabulous with the latest trends and techniques. The hair world never stands still, and neither do we!
From killer cuts to bold colors, my talented team and I have you covered. My personal specialties? Brazilian blowouts, five different hair extension methods (Nanorings, stick tips, weaves, v-light, and tapes), and our world-famous Mesh Integration service for hair loss. Oh, and did I mention I’m an international educator? Ready to get pampered by the best? Let’s make some hair magic happen!

RETAIL CUSTOMERS:
We are pleased to offer a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. We kindly request all hair products be returned with the ties and security tag still intact. Failure to comply will result in the product being returned to you at your cost. A repackaging and recycling fee of £2.00 per product will be deducted from your refund.
TRADE CUSTOMERS:
Goods may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of receipt. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. We kindly request all hair products be returned with the ties and security tag still intact. Failure to comply will result in the product being returned to you at your cost.
Returns with a total value of £1000 or more must be authorised by ICONIC FCKIN HAIR prior to returning.
GENERAL INFORMATION ALL CUSTOMERS:
Salon Professional Deluxe Colour Rings and Swatches are non-returnable / non refundable.
Please note that you are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. Refunds, Store Credits OR Exchanges, if approved, will be processed within 14 working days upon receipt at our warehouse.
We currently do not offer a free return service.
Shipping costs for returning unwanted goods are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for added security.
