Consultations are £30 for 30 minutes with one of our fab team members.
We’ll dive into your hair history, chat about your goals, and maybe even do a patch or strand test on the day if needed.
We’ll cover all the details—hair colour, weight, length, brands, prices, you name it!
If you decide to move forward with a colour, extensions, Mesh integration, Iconic Skinn, Mends hair systems etc after the consultation, we’ll get you booked in right then and there. Any hair we need to order?
Don’t worry, we’ll sort it out with you in the salon.
When it comes to pricing, it’s all about you!
Everyone’s hair is different, so once we see you in person, we’ll have a much better idea of the cost. Let’s make your hair dreams happen!

Hair Inspo: Make sure to bring any photos of the looks you’re loving! This helps us get a clear idea of your dream hair goals. The more inspo, the better!
Payment Method: If we’re chatting about Hair Extensions or Mesh Integration, don’t forget your payment method so we can go ahead and order your hair on the day!

HERE’S WHAT TO DO:
RETAIL CUSTOMERS:
We are pleased to offer a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. We kindly request all hair products be returned with the ties and security tag still intact. Failure to comply will result in the product being returned to you at your cost. A repackaging and recycling fee of £2.00 per product will be deducted from your refund.
TRADE CUSTOMERS:
Goods may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of receipt. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. We kindly request all hair products be returned with the ties and security tag still intact. Failure to comply will result in the product being returned to you at your cost.
Returns with a total value of £1000 or more must be authorised by ICONIC FCKIN HAIR prior to returning.
GENERAL INFORMATION ALL CUSTOMERS:
Salon Professional Deluxe Colour Rings and Swatches are non-returnable / non refundable.
Please note that you are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. Refunds, Store Credits OR Exchanges, if approved, will be processed within 14 working days upon receipt at our warehouse.
We currently do not offer a free return service.
Shipping costs for returning unwanted goods are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for added security.
