We love doing in-person consultations because it gives us the chance to check out your hair in real life and work together to create a game plan. Don’t forget to bring those inspo pics—it’s super helpful for us to see if we can achieve the look you’re after!
Once we’ve had a good chat and a look at your hair, we’ll be able to give you a clear breakdown of the costs for your service. If you’re coming in for color, you’ll need to have a patch test (and sometimes a strand test) beforehand, depending on your hair goals.
Got 5+ months of regrowth? That’ll be considered a “Blonde Me Up” or color correction service—just a heads up!
Healthy hair is our top priority! If we think your hair needs a little extra love (like a treatment plan) before certain services, we’ll let you know. We’ll also review your current hair care routine and give you tips on how to keep your locks looking fab between visits.

HERE’S WHAT TO DO:
RETAIL CUSTOMERS:
We are pleased to offer a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. We kindly request all hair products be returned with the ties and security tag still intact. Failure to comply will result in the product being returned to you at your cost. A repackaging and recycling fee of £2.00 per product will be deducted from your refund.
TRADE CUSTOMERS:
Goods may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of receipt. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. We kindly request all hair products be returned with the ties and security tag still intact. Failure to comply will result in the product being returned to you at your cost.
Returns with a total value of £1000 or more must be authorised by ICONIC FCKIN HAIR prior to returning.
GENERAL INFORMATION ALL CUSTOMERS:
Salon Professional Deluxe Colour Rings and Swatches are non-returnable / non refundable.
Please note that you are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. Refunds, Store Credits OR Exchanges, if approved, will be processed within 14 working days upon receipt at our warehouse.
We currently do not offer a free return service.
Shipping costs for returning unwanted goods are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for added security.
